The rest of this storybook / Tudor home in the Forties was attractive, but the roof was really unique: the irregular waves of wood shingle is different from any other roof I’ve ever seen.

Yeah, it’s probably about 60° or so. I will try to take more pics of this house when I can. There are a bunch of big redwoods around it that obscure much of the detail, unfortunately, and it has a weird pink paintjob, but for the most part it’s a very pretty and very well-cared-for house.

There’s no working on top of THAT roof. Looks like a straight vertical drop!
