Our friend, copper craftsman James Mattson, has a new item for sale: a beautiful Art Nouveau wall sconce that looks great by itself or in combination with his Art Nouveau chandelier. It's the perfect complement for Craftsman and rustic cabin settings, and would even work with a spare, modern interior. Check it out – it's the last item on this page.
I just started carrying James Mattson’s work at my Atlanta gallery and I have to says that this is some of the most impressive work I’ve have seen being made today. When I ordered a chandelier for a customer, I was convinced that it would be nice sight unseen. But when the chandelier arrived at The Mission Motif, I unpacked it and was in awe with the beauty. This was far more exciting than what I expected. James Mattson’s work is not cut by machine. Instead they are created using the traditional acid etch process. Trust me; you will not be disappointed if you purchase any of James products. The switch plates are very nice also. Great work for today’s Arts and Crafts style.
