This bright 1929 Craftsman duplex is a great value in any market. How I wish Sacramento prices were this good! However, you can certainly still get a good deal in Milwaukee: features include hardwood throughout, leaded glass windows, built-in cabinetry, and some nice original light fixtures. Big closets, updated kitchen in the upper unit, and a neat 8-foot-wide picture window in the finished attic.
