Google Video a Valuable Tool for Buyers & Sellers
Here’s a neat trick: instead of simply adding photos to real estate listings to increase interest, how about adding video – with narration and a guided tour? This particular broker did just that for a recently-remodeled 1905 Craftsman in Spokane’s South Hill neighborhood. The house was originally listed in May 2006 and sold recently, and while I’m not certain if the video led to the sale, it certainly is a neat idea and I expect to see plenty more both on Google Video and YouTube.
